1. Terms of Use

By engaging Oketa.id Studio, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms across initial discussions, proposals, production, handover, and ongoing support.

Where a specific signed agreement, invoice, or proposal exists, that document takes precedence while this page acts as the standard baseline.

2. Scope of Services

Our work encompasses website planning, UI design, baseline copywriting, frontend/backend development, CMS setup, WhatsApp integration, performance tuning, on-page SEO, and deployment.

Scope boundaries are determined by agreed proposals or briefs. Unlisted capabilities such as payment gateways, large migrations, or multi-role dashboards are quoted as extra scope.

3. Project Workflow

Projects proceed sequentially through requirement gathering, scope confirmation, delivery milestones, feedback rounds, and final deployment.

Clients provide assets such as logos, text copy, images, and credentials on schedule to maintain the estimated launch dates.

4. Payment Terms

Payments follow agreed terms, usually an upfront deposit prior to sprint commencement and final settlement before handover or public deployment.

Fees paid after work starts are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing. Delays in payment may postpone milestone delivery or access handover.

5. Revisions & Changes

Revisions cover refinements within the original scope (minor copy edits, layout adjustments, and responsiveness fixes). Structural concept shifts or new page additions are treated as new scope additions.

6. Intellectual Property

Full usage rights for client assets and project-specific builds transfer upon final settlement. Oketa.id Studio retains the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed.

7. Maintenance & Warranty

Post-launch bug fix warranty applies based on package terms. Ongoing maintenance covers security patching, periodic backups, and minor tuning on a recurring subscription basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

We engineer for high uptime, speed, and clean code. However, Oketa.id Studio is not responsible for outages stemming from external hosting infrastructure, domain registrars, payment networks, or client modifications made outside our coordination.
